Leeloo and Vesper are indoor cats with a taste for adventure—thanks to their fabulous outdoor catio! This special space is their own little paradise, complete with climbing spots and sunny lounging areas where they can soak up the warmth.
These two have very distinct personalities. Leeloo is playful and curious, especially when the access door to the catio is closed—she’ll meow and even reach up toward the handle, making it clear she wants to explore. Vesper, on the other hand, is a bit shy at first but gradually warms up, especially with gentle attention and a calm environment.
During my visits, I love keeping Leeloo entertained with YouTube ‘Cat TV’—she’s particularly captivated by videos featuring mice and playful critters.
On one visit, I noticed Leeloo scratching at her ear. Her owners had told me she has a tendency to develop an allergic rash that sometimes requires a vet injection. Because I caught it early, we were able to take her to the vet promptly and treat it before it became serious or infected. Being attentive to little health cues like this is an important part of caring for pets, and it’s always satisfying to help prevent discomfort before it escalates.
I’ve had the pleasure of caring for Leeloo and Vesper several times, and each visit is a reminder of how special it is to provide attentive, loving care to pets with unique personalities. Whether it’s keeping them company, ensuring their catio adventures are safe, or noticing small signs of health issues, these two make every visit rewarding.
